We are providing organizations with a wide range of services to increase the power of trust on performance. Here’s a list of the services:

  • Workshops are different from “training programs.” A training program imparts knowledge to people. While knowledge is nice to have, we want people to have knowledge that can be turned into action that produces real results. Thus our workshops are “action oriented,” focusing on applying our best practices in trust building to real-life situations. When people finish one of our workshops, they are already “in action,” primed and ready to go for the right results for the right reasons.

        There are several formats for the workshops:
      • Half Day -- The Basics of Trust
      • Full Day -- Advanced Trust Building
      • One and a Half Days -- combined Trust Building and Collaborative Innovation
         
  • Presentations are usually given to large audiences, and come in two formats:
      1. 50-60 minutes with a couple of short interactive activities; with Q&A at end
      2. 90 minutes with several interactive segments for rapid application within the audience
         
  • Train the Trainer is for larger organizations with a formal HR training program. We will license our material and train other professionals to conduct our sessions internally. Please call for details.
     
  • Diagnostics consist of a three step sequence (all three must be done to have effective results)
      • Step One:  Design and Administer 35-50 question survey to target audience
      • Step Two:  Feedback results first to Senior Management then to Survey Respondents
      • Step Three: Action Planning Workshop to make corrective adjustments
        (Note: we only do all three as a package. After years of experience, we know that a survey without corrective action actually does damage to the organization and its leadership by raising expectations without resolution)
